Donate food

IMG_20201030_171033680_HDR.jpg

We use monetary donations to purchase food from cost-effective sources, but those sources don’t always have everything we need. So we welcome food donations, too! Here’s how you can donate nonperishables and produce!

NONPERISHABLES

We accept clean, non-dented canned and boxed food items not past their expiration date. Preferred items are:

  • Beans

  • Tuna

  • Canned Fruit (in juice or light syrup)

  • Canned Veggies (no salt added or low sodium)

  • Peanut Butter

  • Pasta (especially whole wheat)

  • Canned Tomatoes

  • Rice (especially brown rice)

Complete this Donation Form to get drop-off instructions. And thank you!

PRODUCE

We accept all types of produce donations! Produce is nutritious, and our visitors love receiving it. If you have produce, we accept dropoffs Fridays 4:00pm-6:00pm, Saturdays 8:30am-10:30am, or by appointment. We have a commercial-grade refrigerator for storage. If you can’t drop off during the Friday or Saturday timeframes, contact us to set up an appointment to donate produce.

OTHER FOOD DONATIONS

We can take certain refrigerated and frozen foods. Please contact us with the details (include type and amount)!
